FOUR POLICE ARREST ME

DEAR FRIENDS IN MEDIA & INTERNET



THIS HAD BEEN A LONG DAY!



1. Four POLICEMEN from CAUAYAN, ISABELA Arrested Me early this morning me as I opened the gate to drive my wife to a breakfast meeting at Greenhills.

2. The POLICEMEN drove the over 600 kilometers stretch since yesterday all the way from CAUAYAN, ISABELA just to ARREST ME EARLY MORNING AT HOME.

3. I called the lawyer who took my case on a “pay when able and can basis.” He advised me that someone I trust should always accompany me wherever the POLICEMEN from CAUAYAN would bring me.

4. My wife therefore called the PCCI officers who requested her for the breakfast meeting, to cancel the meeting as she had to accompany me with the ARRESTING POLICEMEN.

5. The POLICEMEN brought me to the nearest police station “for coordination.” RAFFY TULFO must have been MONITORING OUR MOVEMENTS because a few minutes after we reached the police station, he was already on the phone talking with the Police Station Chief.

6. The Police Chief told me that RAFFY TULFO ORDERED him to turn me over to the CAUAYAN POLICEMEN for me to be brought to ISABELA. The Chief told TUFLO he knew what his duties are.

7. The Chief told me that he would issue a DETENTION ORDER at his station jail since he strongly sensed and suspected that I would be a goner if I am brought to CAUAYAN, ISABELA.

8. The ARREST WARRANT for me was issued by the judge in CAUAYAN where the TULFO BROTHERS (thru Raffy Tulfo) filed a case for libel because of my book LIARS, INTIMIDATORS AND EXTORTIONISTS IN PHILIPPINE MEDIA where I wrote about the many LIES of RAMON and RAFFY TULFO and EXTORTIONS, specifically the P500,000.00 extortion attempt on a Parayno brother at a time when RAMON TULFO was maligning, in his Philippine Daily Inquirer columns, then Customs Commissioner Guillermo Parayno Jr.; and the P500,000.00 extortion on a Customs employee for a digital camera for the TV program ISUMBONG MO KAY TULFO and the $1,000.00 extortion for a USA trip of RAFFY TULFO, and a P10,000.00 monthly retainer extortion from a Customs employee for JIMMY SALGADO, a DWIZ radio stringer ostensibly assigned to cover Customs BUT PRIMARILY THE AGENT AND RUNNER AT CUSTOMS of the TULFO BROTHERS and REY LANGIT.

9. My lawyer arrived an hour after we arrived at the Police Station. Together with the QC Police Officer and the FOUR CAUAYAN POLICEMEN, we proceeded to the Hall of Justice at the Quezon City Hall. We worked very fast for the Q. C. Executive Judge to approve my bail bond (since I had no money, I asked my daughter for the money I gave her for her school fees. A very close friend saved the day when he sent me the whole amount for the cash bond for my release).

10. “I AM LUCKIER THAN JESUS CHRIST,” I said to my lawyer while we were going the rounds of various offices at the Quezon City Hall for my provisional liberty “because while JESUS was ABANDONED by HIS closest FRIENDS and DISCIPLESC when HE was ARRESTED and brought to the authorities, I was fortunate to be helped by a lawyer and be protected by the QC Police Officer, because if Raffy Tulfo and the POLICEMEN from CAUAYAN had their ways, they would have taken me to CAUAYAN, ISABELA and PROBABLY WAYLAID THERE!!!.”

11. When at about three o’clock we completed the paper and other works for my bail bond, I was brought back to the first Police Station FOR MY FINAL RELEASE, a Police Officer there said that RAFFY TULFO called the Station and BERATED the Police in that station for assigning one Q. C. Police Officer to escort me to the Q. C. Hall of Justice where I had the bail approved by the Q. C. Executive Judge..

12. I was FINALLY RELEASED from POLICE CUSTODY about four in the afternoon.

13. About five in the afternoon, THREE POLICEMEN came to the house to serve A WARRANT OF ARREST FROM CAUAYAN CITY!!! I was SCARED because it could be another arrest warrant FOR ANOTHER CRIME. And it was already PAST OFFICE HOURS, FRIDAY AFTERNOON!!!. I showed them the CASH BAIL paid at Quezon City Hall. I felt greatly relieved when the Warrant of Arrest was exactly the same one used by the FOUR CAUAYAN POLICEMEN WHO ARRESTED ME AS I OPENED THE HOUSE GATE EARLY THAT MORNING.



This experience clearly demonstrated THAT SONS OF SATAN IN THE PERSON OF THE TULFO BROTHERS walk the earth. While they are in Tri-Media, they filed a LIBEL case to use their power with the Courts in CAUAYAN ISABELA where the WIFE of Raffy Tulfo belongs to a powerful political clan there to HARASS me. IF THE TULFO BROTHERS ARE REALLY BRAVE AS WHEN THEY AND THEIR PHALANX OF ARMED BODYGUARDS BANDED TOGETHER TO FACE CESAR MONTANO, WHY NOT CONFRONT ME IN ANY OF THE METRO MANILA COURTS WHERE THE FIGHTING ARENA WOULD BE LEVEL AND NOT IN CAUAYAN, ISABELA WHERE THEY HAVE THE UPPER HAND THROUGH THE WIFE OF RAFFY TULFO WHO BELONGS TO A POWERFUL POLITICAL CLAN THERE!!!



Instead of filing a libel case, WHICH IS RIDICULOUS IN THE FIRST PLACE BECAUSE THEY ARE IN TRI-MEDIA AND BELONG TO THE MOST POWERFUL MEDIA NETWORKS IN THE COUNTRY (and I am not in media), they could have used all their print spaces and radio and TV hours to REFUTE the LIES, INTIMIDATIONS and EXTORTIONS I wrote about them in my book.



I do not regret I wrote the book on the LIES, INTIMIDATIONS AND EXTORTIONS of the TULFO BROTHERS, despite THIS ARREST and the many DEATH threats and many scores of VERY OBSCENE text messages I received from the JIMMY SALGADO and TULFO BROTHERSCAMPS.



PHILIPPINE MEDIA IS VERY CORRUPT EVEN BY THE PRESENCE RAMON AND RAFFY TULFO ALONE. I HOPE SOMEONE OR A FEW WILL JOIN ME IN MAKING PUBLIC THE LIARS, INTIMIDATORS AND EXTORTIONISTS IN PHILIPPINE MEDIA.



I UNDERSTAND the FEAR of almost all Filipinos, of Police and Military Officials (and of even media men and women) of the TULFO BROTHERS because they can TERRORIZE ALL and ANYONE BECAUSE THEY ARE SCATTERED IN ALMOST ALL THE POWERFUL MEDIA ORGANIZATIONS IN THE COUNTRY.



EVEN the PRIETOS of the Inquirer and the MACASAETS of Abante are ALSO AFRAID OF THE TULFOS.



They would rather POISON THE MINDS OF ALL FILIPINO READERS WITH LIES THAN DISPLEASE RAMON TULFO AND RAFFY TULFO!!!.
